The next album from David Bowie will be released on the British music icon's 69th birthday.
Blackstar, which features a 45-minute collection of seven new songs, will go on sale Jan. 8, The Telegraph reported.
he Times said the set was recorded in New York, and influenced by German bands Kraftwerk and Can.
The 10-minute-long title track will be released as a single on Nov. 19 and will be featured as the theme song to the television series The Last Panthers.
Blackstar is Bowie's first album of new music since 2013's The Next Day.
Among the biggest hits of the musician's career are "Starman," "Fame," "Heroes," "Let's Dance," "Under Pressure," "Life on Mars" and "Dancing in the Street."
