Christina Hendricks and Keanu Reeves have joined the cast of The Neon Demon.
The 39-year-old actress and 50-year-old actor will star alongside Elle Fanning, Jena Malone, Abbey Lee and Bella Heathcote in the Nicolas Winding Refn horror film. The Danish director has previously said the movie will be about "vicious beauty."
Refn and Mary Laws co-wrote the screenplay, and the director's frequent collaborator, Lene Borglum, will produce through their company Space Rocket. Editor Matthew Newman and composer Cliff Martinez are also on board.
Refn is known for Bronson (2008) with Tom Hardy and Drive (2011) with Ryan Gosling, who also starred in his most recent film, Only God Forgives (2013). Drive actress Carey Mulligan will return for his next release, I Walk with the Dead.
Hendricks last appeared in Gosling's directorial debut Lost River, and will return as Joan Harris on a final season of AMC series Mad Men on April 5. Reeves recently portrayed the title character in John Wick, and is scheduled for Eli Roth horror film Knock Knock.
