Benedict Cumberbatch was challenged to do his best impersonation of fellow Brit actor Tom Hiddleston and he didn't disappoint.
Inspired by Cumberbatch's upcoming World War II film, The Imitation Game, MTV asked the actor to play a literal imitation game.
He was challenged to impersonate as many celebrities as he could within 60 seconds, starting with John Malkovitch, Alan Rickman, Sean Connery and Jack Nicholson. He continued on with fellow War Horse actor Hiddleston before moving on to Owen Wilson and Michael Caine.
Cumberbatch got a little tripped up on Christopher Walken, but finished strong with Batman character Bane and Matthew McConaughey. His final imitation was of Taylor Swift, which was maybe a little less than spot-on.
The Imitation Game, co-starring Keira Knightley, is set to hit U.S. theaters Nov. 28. Cumberbatch lends his voice to The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies to finish out 2014.
