Moroccan singer Jannat is working hard to put the finishing touches to her long-overdue fourth album. “I’m doing my best to get the album released in the summer,” she told Arabstoday in an exclusive interview. “It’s been postponed for over a year and a half now because of the turmoil in Egypt and other Arab countries, especially Syria.” "I'm bored because the album's release keeps getting put off, but I hope I'll be refreshed when the album is released and hopefully proves a success and Arab listeners like it,” she added. Jannat is funding the record herself, denying reports that record label Rotana would be overseeing its release.
