Cairo Criminal Court deferred on Saturday the trial of 739 Muslim Brotherhood terrorists over charges of forming armed groups known as "Helwan Brigades" till November 1.
The decision was taken to continue reviewing the exhibits of the case.
The court decided to release a defendant pending litigation for health reasons.
Late prosecutor General Hisham Barakat approved in February 2015 referring the case to the criminal court.
They are facing charges of setting up an armed sit-in at a Cairo district, destruction of public and private property, carrying out terrorist attacks, disturbing public order, endangering the society, resistance to authorities, possession of arms and others.
