Grand Mufti Shawqi Allam said the international conference, to be organized by Darul Iftaa on October 17, will issue "Cairo document for Muslim communities abroad".
The conference will be held in Cairo under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, he added.
In statements to MENA, the Mufti said that "Cairo document for Muslim communities abroad" will ensure that these communities have become an integrated part of the societies where they live.
They have to act positively and effectively in their communities in accordance with the Islamic character which urges construction and rejects violence, Allam added citing the document.
The document proposed will be declared after being discussed at the conference which will be attended by Muftis and scholars from more than 80 countries across the world.
The Mufti also spotted light on a declaration, to be announced by the council in order to establish a world observatory to provide a round-the-clock service for Muslim communities and minorities across the world.
