The Cairo Criminal Court on Tuesday postponed to January 15 the trial of terrorist Wagdy Ghoneim and seven other co-defendants of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group in the case of forming committees in Ain Shams district to commit acts of violence and terrorism against citizens and State institutions.
The court decision was made to allow the defense to read the minutes of sessions and prepare an argument.
The prosecution had referred the defendants to the criminal court after investigations. The charges include setting up an outlawed group that is aimed at blocking the constitution and law and hampering the State institutions from undertaking their job along with attacking personal freedoms of citizens and undermining national unity and societal peace.
