HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met Thursday morning in his Office at Al Bahr Palace with UAE Deputy National Security Advisor HH Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
At the outset of the meeting, they conveyed greetings of the UAE President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to HH the Emir, wishing him good health and happiness and the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.
For his part, HH the Emir entrusted them with his greetings and wishes of best of health to the President of UAE and further progress and prosperity to the UAE people.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the fraternal relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and promoting them in addition to a number of regional and international issues.
The meeting was attended by HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani.
On the UAE side, the meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Hammad Al Shamsi.
HH the Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of the UAE Deputy National Security Adviser and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and their accompanying delegation.
HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani welcomed the UAE Deputy National Security Advisor HH Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan upon arrival at Hamad International Airport earlier today.
