President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, received in his residence Saturday evening the visiting Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Qatari Silatak Institution, Sheikha Moza bint Nasir, in presence of the Qatari Ambassador to Sudan, Rashid bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Nuaimi.
The meeting has discussed issues of expanding the quality primary education, providing employment opportunities and support to youths.
Sheikha Moza arrived in Khartoum on Saturday evening on a several-day visit.
She was received at Khartoum Airport by the Wife of the President of the Republic and Chairwoman of Sanad Charity Institution, a number of ministers and the Ambassador of Qatar to Sudan, Rashid bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Nuaimi.
During her visit to Sudan, Sheikha Moza will witness the signing of a number of important humanitarian agreements with a number of partners, including the Social Development Institution and the Commission for Refugees and the launching of new partnerships.
She will also pay a visit to Al-Obeid city, the capital of North Kordofan State.
