Marsa Matrouh governor Alaa Abu Zied discussed on Wednesday with Libyan Interior Minister Mustafa al Dabbash at his office securing Egyptians and trucks in Libya.
They reviewed procedures of operating Salloum and Mesaed border crossings.
Al Dabbash praised strong bilateral ties, adding all Egyptians in Libya were treated in equal footing with Libyans.
He asserted that all Egyptians and trucks were secured during their trip to Tobruk according to an agreement with Egypt.
Abu Zeid stressed Egypt's interest in operating Egyptian Salloum and Libyan Mesaed crossings for the movement of people and trucks.
