Kuwaiti Crown Prince Nawwaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah met on Tuesday with Egypt's newly-appointed Ambassador to Kuwait Yasser Atef.
Speaking to MENA, Atef said the Kuwait CP has praised strong ties between Egypt and Kuwait.
He also lauded the important role played by Egypt in the Middle East region, Atef said.
Prince Nawwaf asked the new ambassador to convey his greetings to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
