His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, at the Al-Sakhir Palace today.
HM the King highlighted the positive outcomes of his successful visit to Egypt and his fruitful talks with President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, which, he said, will contribute to bolstering the solid fraternal relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
HM King Hamad also highlighted the importance of the resolutions of the 28th Arab Summit, in which HM the King and other Arab leaders took part, in enhancing joint Arab action and serving the interests of the Arab Nation, praising the efforts exerted by HM King Abdulla II ibn Al-Hussein to ensure the success of the pan-Arab meeting.
Reviewing national issues aimed at consolidating the national march, supporting the national economy and achieving the basic goals of comprehensive development, HM the King stressed that the kingdom's national action and development programmes will go ahead as planned in all sectors to serve the nation and the citizens.
HM King Hamad expressed thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier and HRH the Crown Prince for their efforts to develop government action and adopt initiatives and programmes that support economic development plans that benefit the kingdom and its beloved people.
