His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today performed Eid Al-Fitr prayers at Al-Sakhir Palace Mosque.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, HM the King’s sons, senior members of the Royal Family, Speaker of the Representatives Council, Shura Council Chairman, ministers, the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain, and senior BDF, Interior Ministry and National Guard officers also took part in the prayers.
The Imam delivered an Eid Al-Fitr sermon, praying Allah Almighty to protect HM King Hamad, guide him on the right path of success and grant him abundant good health and happiness, and bless the Kingdom with further progress and prosperity, under his wise leadership.
Following the prayers and the sermon, HM King Hamad exchanged greetings and good wishes with worshippers, wishing the kingdom and its people many happy returns.
The worshippers extended heartfelt congratulations and good wishes to HM the King on this occasion, praying Allah Almighty to protect him and guide him on the path of success.
They also took pride in HM King Hamad’s wise leadership and his sound policies to promote Bahrain’s status and bolster its pivotal regional, Arab and international role.
