Minister of Industry and Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour will have takes on Thursday with a high-ranking team from the Amman Chamber of Industry on means of promoting bilateral ties.
The delegation is due in Cairo later Tuesday and will stay for four days.
The visit comes at an invitation from the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), the head of the FEI Arab cooperation committee said in statements Tuesday.
The delegation will discuss with Egyptian officials means of importing Egyptian products instead of the Syrian ones which were suspended over the current war in Syria.
The committee will hold a meeting with the Jordanian team on Wednesday on means of enhancing bilateral ties.
The Jordanian delegation will then hold tete-a-tete talks with members of chambers of industry to strike deals on exporting Egyptian products to Jordan.
