The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Koo Hyun-Mo, at Gudaibiya Palace.
The Deputy King highlighted the depth of relations between Bahrain and Korea and noted the Kingdom’s commitment to building on strategic relationships with Asian countries. In this regard, the Deputy King highlighted His Majesty King Hamad’s recent official visits to various countries across Asia, which have succeeded in furthering bilateral relations and cooperation across a range of economic, trade and investment areas.
His Royal Highness welcomed the newly appointed ambassador, and noted the government’s commitment to supporting the Republic of Korea’s diplomatic mission in Bahrain. The Deputy King then wished the newly appointed Ambassador success in his future endeavours.
The Ambassador of Korea expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness and for his continued support for enhancing Bahraini-Korean relations and cooperation
