H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated on Thursday, the Art For All Centre- Falaj of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS), located at Sharjah Heritage Square in The Heart of Sharjah area.
Upon his arrival, His Highness signed the memorial board plaques, which is distinguished by its combination of graphic Art and Arabic calligraphy, to mark the inauguration of the Art For All Centre- Falaj.
The Ruler of Sharjah also toured the building and inspected the activities, workshops, and the training programmes in different aspects of arts. While touring the building, His Highness was briefed on the main workshops being showcased at the Centre.
The Art For All Centre- Falaj aims to focus on the empowerment of individuals with disabilities, who are interested in the cultural and artistic aspects, in the United Arab Emirates and the Arab World. It also helps them to achieve their full potential and engage them in society.
Sheikh Sultan was accompanied by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Founder and Patron of the Emirates Publishers Association, EPA; Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani, Chairman of Sharjah Department of Statistics and Community Development (DSCD); Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler's Office; a long with a number of officials and dignitaries.
