The MENA Human Resources (HR) in Oil and Gas Congress kicked off here on Sunday endorsed by the Ministry of Oil and Gas in the Sultanate of Oman. The four-day conference includes conference sessions, case studies, technology updates and networking. The event will provide a great opportunity for experts to gain insight into the recent HR measure, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas Salim bin Nasser Al-Aufi said in statement. The conference will also include presentations and panel discussions of key topics including nationalization and local workforce, training and developing employees in the oil and gas industry, coaching and leadership, he added.
