The price of Kuwaiti crude oil barrel rose USD 3.43 reaching USD 45.97 pb on Tuesday, compared to USD 42.54 per barrel on Friday, according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Crude oil prices rose by about three percent in international markets yesterday, with expectations that the seven-month low oil prices would finally come to an end.
Meanwhile, contracts of Brent crude oil rose by USD 1.76 pb (about 3.32 percent), reaching USD 54.75 pb upon settlement. Moreover, prices of American light crude contracts rose USD 1.33 pb (about 2.76 percent), reaching USD 49.57 pb upon settlement.
