Price of Kuwait's crude oil fell by USD 1.78 on Friday to USD 50.91 per barrel, compared to USD 52.69 pb on Thursday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Saturday.
On global markets, oil fell by five percent on Friday after gains made during the previous session, as the military operation on Yemen looked less likely to impact crude shipments from the region. A potential deal on Iran's nuclear program contributed to the fall.
Brent crude settled down USD 2.78 at USD 56.41 a barrel, while US crude settled at USD 2.56, lower at USD 48.87 pb.
