Price of Kuwait crude oil per barrel went up by USD 0.65 to USD 72.75 pb in Tuesday's trading compared to USD 72.10 on Monday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) here on Wednesday.
Oil prices at global markets are still falling amid recent statements by OPEC members on essential measures to deal with the current decline in oil prices ahead of the cartel's meeting on November 27.
Saudi Arabia, the world's largest producer and exporter of oil, is pushing to keep production ceiling unchanged.
The Kuwaiti government had announced its intention to take measures aimed at facing the falling oil prices to protect the country's economy and budget which depends on oil revenues by 90 percent.
