ADNOC Distribution has reduced the price of diesel across all its service stations in the northern regions including Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Qaiwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Effective from 4 November , 2014, the price of diesel has been brought down to Dh3.05 per litre from the earlier charge of Dh3.45 – a reduction of 40 fils per litre.
Khalid Hadi, Vice President Marketing and Corporate Communications at ADNOC Distribution, said, "The reduction in diesel price reflects the ongoing changes in the global price of oil. We have also taken into account the demand of the local market as part of our priority to serve the interests of our consumers better. ADNOC Distribution's decision to effect the price change will also contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the business sector in the country, specifically in the northern regions." Hadi added, "ADNOC Distribution will continue to explore opportunities to retail products and services at affordable prices in order to provide a seamless experience to our customers at our network of service stations."
