Riyad Bank has appointed Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa as the chairman of its board of directors effective from Oct. 31, and until the end of the board session on Oct. 30, 2019.
The bank also announced the formation of the board’s main committees — executive committee, nominations and compensations committee, strategic planning group, and risk committee.
The appointment of the chairmen of these committees and their members also became effective from Oct. 31, and until the end of the board session on Oct. 30, 2019.
The bank declared that there will be an official invitation to an ordinary general assembly to vote for the nominees of the audit committee, in accordance with article 101 of the new Corporate Law.
