Head of the Trade bank of Iraq Hamdiyah Mahmoud Faraj Al-Jaff said her bank hopes for partnership and expertise exchange with Egyptian banks to expand trade between the two countries.
In statements to MENA on the sidelines of her participation in the Arab banks conference in Cairo, she hailed relations between the two countries, especially in the bank domains.
She said the current conditions in Iraq negatively affected the banking systems.
On the possibility of developing Al Rafidin bank in Egypt, she said the bank became a representation office after the decision by the Central Bank of Egypt to increase the capital of banks operating in Egypt.
