Former governor of Egyptian Central Bank Mahmoud Abu-El Oyoun said the planned visit for President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Kuwait would be in favor of Egypt's economy in the coming period.
In exclusive remarks to MENA, Abu-El Oyoun, who was also the former CEO of Kuwait International Bank, he praised as deeply-rooted Egyptian-Kuwaiti ties, hailing the Kuwait's supporting stance to Egypt after the June 30 evolution.
He said the visit would encourage Kuwaiti investors to re-invest in Egypt.
Sisi is expected to pay a formal visit to Kuwait in the coming week to discuss some issues of common interest.
