Arab Bank said that no developments were recorded until Tuesday on claims filed against the New York branch at a U.S. federal court.
In a statement, the bank noted that the same legal actions were taken against the Arab Bank 10 years ago.
In 2010, New York state court imposed sanctions on the bank on privacy issues.
Scores of complaints were filed accusing the Jordan-based bank for distributing financial benefits to families including members who killed themselves in Palestinian territories.
According to the bank, in 2013, US District Judge Jack Weinstein in Brooklyn, New York, issued a ruling says the bank had no bad faith nor was responsible for injuries the plaintiff sustained during his banking service.
The back has only provided routine services under the laws and regulations applicable in its business places, read the statement.
