Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) announced that 15 of its 73 branches in the UAE will increase their operating hours during Ramadan. These branches located in various malls in the UAE will open for customers between 10:00 am to 2:00 noon and then from 9:30 pm till 11:30 at night from Saturday to Thursday. The decision to let some branches follow these new timings during the Holy Month of Ramadan demonstrates the bank’s commitment to make it easy for customers to avail of Islamic banking services at their own convenience. ADIB was ranked number one in customer service in the UAE by Ethos Consultancy in 2011. Gulf Today
