The Finance Ministry auctioned on Thursday treasury bills at a total value of EGP 9.5 billion.
In an online statement, the ministry said it sold EGP 4 billion of 182-day T-bills with an average yield of 13.727%, adding it accepted bids at rates between 13.441% and 13.791%.
As for the 364-day T-bills, worth EGP 5 billion, the ministry said, adding it accepted bids at rates between 13.8% and 14.15%.
The Central Bank of Egypt auctions T-bills on behalf of the Finance Ministry.
