Kuwaiti mobile operator Zain has expressed interest in applying for a fourth-generation license in Egypt, Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology Yaser Al Qady said.
Addressing a press conference Wednesday, the minister said Prime Minister Sherif Ismail received a letter from Zain Group CEO Scott Gegenheimer.
