Men (well, most men) are fond of women. That the opposite sex both attracts and distracts has been true since the beginning of time. But men (again, most men) would find the world an infinitely better place to look at if women (that is, some women) stop indulging in some assumptions. Too much makeup is good: Bad, that is what most guys will tell you. A face, no matter how pretty, can look very artificial if plastered with heavy duty makeup. Women who believe that their facial colours need frequent touching up are even more boring. That is the truth for you in basic black and white. Let's talk: How much should one talk? Sorry, how much 'can' one talk? This dilemma presents itself when some women go on and on about subjects that are relevant and likable: and, others that are not. How one subject can make way for another comes across as a craft that has been mastered by such speakers. 'Osama Bin Laden was a detestable terrorist, and know what, my baby is such a terror I tell you..." Such conversational gems can irritate the hell out of guys who generally tend to talk somewhat less. Too many problems: Where are some problems born? How is it that just one person seems to be affected by them all? Some women seem to attract all the problems in the world, and incessant whining follows. If the guy fails to respond - or does so inadequately out of sheer boredom - that only leads to more whining. As for men, they certainly find such acts very difficult to handle, preferring, as they do, some wining and dining instead. Sorry for the interruption, but...: When men indulge in something - such as watching a cricket match that refuses to end - it is important to leave them alone. If a woman is kind and smart enough to allow her man his quota of fun, the latter is unbelievably happy and contented. What torments men is when their female partners come up with punctuation marks. "Stop watching cricket. Please chat with me.' Men hate it. If they smile and agree, that is since they are left without a choice.
