Stressing that such a step was unprecedented in the Arab region in the field of women's empowerment, they highlighted the UAE's role in such a project. The wife of the Algerian Ambassador mentioned the significant role played by Dr. Al Qubaisi in issues related to the nation and the Arab world.
The ceremony was attended by FNC Members Aisha Salem Ahmad bin Samnoh, Ezzat bin Suleiman, Naema Abdullah Saeed Al Sharhan, and Aisha Rashid Al Yateem, apart from the wives of the diplomats.
Dr. Al Qubaisi expressed her happiness at being in the company of Arab women and thanked them for inviting her to the event.
She also thanked and expressed her appreciation for H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, a trailblazer in the field of women's empowerment, thanks to whom women in the UAE are now holding outstanding positions.
