HE Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al-Thani, vice chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), on Monday met a delegation from the California-based Pacific Council on International Policy to Education City.
During the visit, Sheikha Hind outlined to the visitors how QF's Education City serves as a hub of academic excellence, housing a range of educational facilities from QF schools to partner universities as well as its homegrown institution, Hamad bin Khalifa University.
Following the presentation, the visitors were shown the education and research buildings of Education City, and discussed future plans at Qatar Foundation.
The Pacific Council on International Policy is a non-partisan organization that connects a network of people from different industries and sectors on the American west coast to share ideas and keep up on U.S. foreign policy and international affairs.
