The Kingdom of Bahrain looks to regain the GCC Women’s Games glory next month when the Fifth edition of the games takes place in Doha.
The games will be held from March 7 to 17 as Bahrain hopes to win the event for a record third time, having won the 2013 and 2015 games held in Bahrain and Oman, respectively.
This year’s Women’s Games will feature 13 sports in total – handball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, taekwondo, shooting, athletics for people with disabilities, chess, fencing, bowling, tennis, athletics and equestrian.
