National Guard Director of Staff, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, has patronized the graduation of an officers' basic training course with participation of officers from the Ministry of Interior, National Security Agency and Kuwaiti National Guard.
The director of staff was received upon arrival by senior National Guard officers and officers from the Interior Ministry and the National Security Agency.
The officers' graduation ceremony began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech delivered by the Training School commandant in which he welcomed the director of staff, praising his patronage of the course graduation. He explained the importance of this type of officers' training courses in boosting the officers qualifications and capabilities in addition to exchange of expertise with various military and security sectors.
The officer in charge of the training course briefed he audience about the course programmes and stages of theoretical and practical training, plus a short movie to portray the stages of officers' training.
The director of staff congratulated the graduates in his speech citing the directives of His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard focused on sustainable development of the standard of training and boosting leadership capabilities of officers to reach highest levels of combat readiness. He urged the graduates to exert more efforts to advance their military career and the level of performance of their military duties, thanking the officials for the excellent level of the training course.
Towards conclusion of the ceremony, the National Guard director of staff distributed the certificates to the graduates and posed for a commemorative snapshot with senior officers, instructors and graduates.
