The Undersecretary of Ministry of Higher Education for Scholarship Affairs, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Mousa, has said that the Ministry has a strategic objective of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship at the end its 10th phase by graduating 50,000 Saudi students on scholarships from 500 top universities in the world by 2020, pointing out that the number of Saudi students studying abroad at present reached 130,397 students. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he pointed out that the 7th phase of the Program has recently completed, and the work is underway to start 8th phase, then the 9th one, until the program reaches the 10th, which is the last one scheduled to begin in 2014. It is noteworthy that the Program started in 1426AH.
