Teachers here have called for a probe after claiming they traveled hundreds of kilometers in bad weather to find that classes had been suspended at their school without notice.
They claimed that the administration of the school in Taif had not informed them of the decision, which had resulted in their lives being placed in danger, according to a report in a local publication on Wednesday.
This was a result of indecision on the part of the school management, even though other schools in Taif had closed down that day because of rainy weather, they said.
They said that when they arrived, the gates of the school were locked and messages were posted outside stating that classes were suspended for the day.
