The Minister of Education and the Chairman of Board of Directors of Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education Dr Azzam Bin Mohammad Al-Dakhil presided over the Board's first meeting today.
The meeting was held in Riyadh under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization 'UNESCO', in the presence of a number of ministers of education in the states of Gulf Cooperation Council, Arab states, and officials of Arab education bodies.
The meeting discussed the subject of the signed agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Organization 'UNESCO' to create a regional center for quality and excellence in education in Kingdom.
