Saudi Ambassador to Canada Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairy was pleased at the Kingdom’s receipt of the prestigious Canadian CPIEA award in the business category in recognition of its efforts in the field of education, namely Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Foreign Scholarship Program.
Al-Sudairi said the international committee, despite the strict measures it puts in place, is transparent in its judgment. All members of the committee agreed on the selection of the Kingdom as the recipient of this award due to its leading role in the field of education.
There are no other countries in the world that have sent as many scholars as the Kingdom has to the most prestigious international universities, he said, noting 130,000 male and female scholarship students are disbursed across 30 countries.
