Egyptian Prime Minister Engineer Ibrahim Mahlab has congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of being awarded the global certificate (honorary doctorate) from Al-Azhar University in recognition the King's role in the service of Islam and Muslims, his remarkable support for Islamic and humanitarian issues and historical positions towards the Arab Republic of Egypt which embody his keenness on its security and stability.
This came during a meeting here today with Saudi Ambassador to Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ambassador Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, ways of developing them in all areas of cooperation, and increasing the volume of trade and joint investments.
The Ambassador pointed out that a lot of Saudi investors' problems have been resolved, praising the efforts of the Egyptian government in taking urgent steps to resolve the remaining problems.
