Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi has today received expert Tony Brandenburg who arrived in Bahrain to conduct a training programme for teachers and supervisors on the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE).
The minister hailed efforts to keep the teaching staff abreast of IT trends, hailing the success of three specialists who graduated with ISTE accredited trainer certificate in cooperation with the Arab Education Office for the GCC. He reiterated the ministry’s firm determination to promote technology in education as part of efforts to enhance the students’ standard.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources Dr. Mohammed Mubarak Jomaa and Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Information Nawal Al-Khater.
