Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi received here today Director General of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) Dr. Ali bin Abdul Khaliq Al-Qarni.
Al-Qarni informed the Minister about the preparations for the 23rd General Conference for GCC Education Ministers, to be held in Kuwait next October.
They discussed areas of cooperation between the Ministry and the Bureau, especially regarding e-Learning.
Undersecretary of the Education Ministry for education and Curriculum affairs Dr. Abdullah Yousif Al Mutawa, Undersecretary for Human Resources Dr. Mohammed Mubarak Juma'a and Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Information Nawal Al Khater attended the meeting.
