Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi attended a training workshop conducted by a school for its affiliates about detecting multiple intelligences.
The workshop aims to identify the multiple intelligences theory and train teachers to employ it in the classroom teaching and how to develop the students' intelligences, taking into account various individual learning styles.
The Minister underscored the importance of such workshops aimed at improving the teaching process and upgrading teachers' performance.
He highlighted the role played by the Gifted Students Centre (GSC) in upgrading students' levels and educational services provided for private and public schools.
He pointed out the Ministry's future programmes aiming at providing e-services for the students, which, he said, will increase their educational achievements.
