Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi and the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain Ian Lindsay explored existing bilateral cooperation in the presence of the British Council's country director Tony Calderbank.
The British Ambassador listened to a presentation compiled by the Ministry's sectors regarding the requisite cooperation mechanisms for implementation of the Ministry's future projects in the area of curricula development, IT, technical and vocational training for teachers in order upgrade services rendered to students with special needs as well as academic accreditation. It was agreed to hold more meetings between the relevant specialists from both sides in order to follow up planned procedures to take in this aspect so as to avail from British expertise in the manner that services the bilateral relations between the two countries.
