The National Center for Educational Development has started implementing a training plan for teams tasked with reviewing national educational curricula and management of schools, the center Director-General Dr. Reda Al-Khayat said. Dr. Al-Khayat said in remarks to KUNA, on Tuesday, that the current phase of the project aimed at setting the criteria for the curricula, namely the Arabic, English languages, mathematics and sciences. The teams include staff from the educational sector, academic figures, the Public Authority for Applied Education, leading figures from the Ministry of Education, teachers and experts of the World Bank. Forming such teams is aimed at setting new criteria for education in Kuwait and enhancing the sector to international levels.
