TBS says it has ordered 10 episodes of an as-yet-untitled new comedy series from Daily Show couple Jason Jones and Samantha Bee.
Jones and Bee are serving as executive producers on the project and wrote the pilot, which was directed by Steve Pink.
Jones will star in the show, which is inspired by his and Bee's own experiences with family getaways.
The program will also star Natalie Zea, Ashley Gerasimovich and Liam Carroll. Production is slated to begin this summer, with the TBS premiere expected late this year.
"This show delivers on exactly the direction we are taking our TBS comedies -- honest, smart and provocative," Brett Weitz, executive vice president of original programming for TBS, said in a statement. "We couldn't be happier to be in business with Sam and Jason on what we hope will be the first of many more projects together. Watching them step into the creator/executive producer role on the pilot really allowed the characters and the show to find solid footing from the very first frame. We can't wait to see where they take this mildly dysfunctional family."
Jason Jones announced on Twitter Tuesday he would be leaving The Daily Show to pursue the project.
