Cairo Metro has launched a new customer service via Whatsapp to record feedback from passengers, spokesman for the Egyptian company for Metro management and operation Ahmed Abdel Hady said on Saturday.
The new service will start on Sunday to help more than 1.5 million daily passengers report issues and put forth suggestions, the spokesman said.
The service is available on mobile no. 01021778887, he said, adding, Cairo Metro's hotline, 16048, is available too for the same services.
