Dr. Ibrahim Negm, an adviser to the Mufti of Egypt will be the host of a first-time daily TV religious program that will be aired in English during the holy fasting month of Ramadan, that will kick off later this month.
The program will be broadcast on the overseas Egyptian TV satellite channel for the US and Europe.
The move comes within the framework of efforts by Darul Iftaa to spread the true and moderate teachings of Islam and is meant to keep in contact with Muslims abroad.
In a released statement, Negm explained that the program is addressing several issues of interest to Muslims abroad.
