ust as it bolstered its connected TV portfolio, international news channel Euronews has signed an agreement with the Mongolian National Public Radio and Television and is increasing its presence in Asia. Euronews, will thus be available for the first time on the national television channel MNB, which reaches 90% of the population via Apstar satellite, i.e. 1.8 million viewers. with direct reception. MNB broadcasts Euronews' six daily news slots, i.e. two hours a week. In conjunction MNB will dub the channel's programs in Mongolian. Euronews is now broadcast in 11 countries in Asia and reaches almost million homes across Asia. As this was happening, the new channel is to launch a smart TV app on LG devices worldwide. The channel which is now distributed over 11 platforms aims at becoming the “most connected media in the world”. Euronews is currently offering a wide range of solutions to broadcast digital contents. Its smart TV app is now embedded, according to geographic areas, on the brands Panasonic, Philips, Roku,Toshiba, NetRange MMH, Samsung, Sharp, TechniSat , Google TV and Sony. Its application is now available into five languages, French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. It offers news bulletins as well as cultural TV magazines. Sony Entertainment Network’ service adds three complementary programming: business, I talk and U Talk.
