The Bahrain Television (BTV) will air on Sunday the popular programme titled "Diroob) i.e. Paths. Today's show is dedicated to persons with special needs focusing on the a blind Bahraini actor, Mohammed Hussain, who saw the road of hope and was able to accomplish his dream of appearing on the theatric stage.
Diroob is aired on Sunday at 9:30 and Monday at 4:30. The programme narrates success stories of Bahraini youths from across the spectra of the society who had striven and endevoured to achieve their dream through hard work and excellence.
The programme also narrates the story of a young Bahraini sportswoman who despite suffering from a limb disability had pursued her dream and did not lag behind. She had chosen sports for her career. She was the first Bahraini and Gulf woman to play professional basketball on a wheelchair.
Diroob is co-prepared by Ahmed Al-Janahi and Hussain Al-Marzooq; presented by Haya Al-Qassim; and, produced by Mahmoud Al-Sheikh.
