The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Sunday published the third edition of "KUNA Junior" magazine to be available for students with their return to schools after the spring break and ahead of the Kuwaiti national celebrations in February.
"KUNA Junior" is a children magazine that focuses on providing children with many journalistic skills. It also aims to encourage and help children improve their reading and the search for knowledge as well as to discover young talents and harness their skills.
The new edition covers a wide array of topics related to the Kuwait national celebrations especially after the UN honoring and proclamation of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as a "Humanitarian Leader" and Kuwait as a "Humanitarian Center", in addition to stories and national topics.
The first edition of the magazine was published in September. Copies of "KUNA Junior" are distributed to schools, centers for children and public libraries.
