French Ambassador in Khartoum Bruno Aubert was expelled Saturday from a press conference in the Sudanese capital.
The conference was organized by Khartoum-based "Teeba Press" non-governmental organization.
Aubert has reached the conference before the due time, asking to deliver a speech, Teeba Press said in astatement today, pointing out that the ambassador demand was turned down by the conference organizers.
"The ambassador was not invited to attend the conference," the organization added.
The statement said that the stance of "Teeba Press" was taken due to the abusive cartoons against the prophet Muhammad republished by the French Charlie Hebdo newspaper.
